Knockingall Organisation Community Centre CLG. is the perfect destination for anyone looking to enjoy a camping experience, whether it’s a group of friends, clubs, or community organisations. Scouts and Guides are also very welcome to make use of our safe, secure grounds and excellent facilities. Ideal for affordable indoor or outdoor camping over a weekend, the hub offers everything you need to relax, connect with nature, and create lasting memories in a convenient, well-equipped location.
The entire facility is an ideal base for hiking, hill walking, water activities, pioneering, backwoods and much more and is only 10 miles approx. from the nearby Outdoor Adventure Centre IOAC in Tagoat, Co Wexford.

All groups using our site are required to:

Bring a copy of their own insurance documentation.

Provide their own First Aid kit.

Ensure a qualified First Aider is present to treat minor incidents.
Any incidents must be reported to the Warden/Administration on duty, along with an Accident Report Form.
It is the responsibility of the Group Leader to ensure that all participants have the necessary consent forms for the duration of their stay. On arrival, each group must present a copy of their Insurance Indemnity Form from their own national body or organisation.
For Scout and Guide Groups:

A copy of your group’s insurance and your own First Aid kit must be brought to site.

A registered First Aider must be present to deal with minor incidents. Any incidents must be reported to the Warden/Administration on duty, and an Accident Report Form should be completed. For Scout/Guide groups, this must also be forwarded to Scouting Ireland Head Office in Dublin.

The Group Leader is responsible for ensuring all members have a fully completed activities consent form (as required by Scouting Ireland) for the duration of the stay.

On arrival, groups must also present a copy of the Insurance Indemnity Form from their National Body/Organisation.
The centre/campsite is in the centre of Piercestown Village Co Wexford and is available for overnight camping. Lighting, heating, water and electricity, rubbish disposal and use of showers are all available.
